BAL: Ana, can you tell us about your background in fitness?
A: Of course! I’m a certified fitness, functional, and nutrition coach with a lifelong passion for sport. My journey began with horse riding, handball, swimming, and track and field, and at 18, I discovered my love for gym training – a passion that still drives me today.
BAL: What type of workouts do you focus on?
A: My favourites are functional and strength training, but I mix it up with jogging, swimming, BodyArt, and dancing. For recovery, I turn to Yin Yoga and sauna sessions to stay balanced.
BAL: How can you help our guests achieve their fitness goals?
A: I create tailored training and nutrition plans, helping guests lose weight, build muscle, just feel fit and healthy. I also focus on hormone health to support energy levels, mood, and overall well-being.
BAL: How is your training tailored to women?
A: I adapt workouts to the natural changes of the female cycle. For the past three years, I’ve been designing my training around these fluctuations, ensuring it aligns with how the body feels and performs on any given day.
BAL: Why should guests work with you?
A: Because I look at the bigger picture. With my holistic approach, I help you feel confident, energised, and truly comfortable in your body.
BAL: What kind of music motivates you during workouts?
A: I love electrifying beats. Tech House, Afrobeat, and Deep House keep my energy high and my focus sharp.
BAL: What hobbies do you enjoy outside the gym?
A: I’m a nature lover. In winter, I’m on the slopes in Graubünden, and the rest of the year, I’m out hiking and exploring Switzerland’s stunning landscapes.
