Sustainability

Taking responsibility

We are on a journey towards a more sustainable tomorrow. We are aware that we still have a long way to go. Step by step, processes are being improved in order to use resources more responsibly and protect the environment. This commitment grows with every step we take. You can find out more about this below and in our sustainability report.

Our Efforts

Design ohne Titel (6)

Naturally cool

A lake water pump uses cold water from Lake Zurich to efficiently cool and heat the hotel. This sustainable solution saves energy, protects the environment, and harnesses the power of nature.

Design ohne Titel (4)

Against food waste

With KITRO, we track and identify every discarded item in our restaurant kitchens and staff canteen. This helps us pinpoint waste sources and develop targeted measures to effectively reduce waste.

Design ohne Titel (5)

SapoCycle

In partnership with the non-profit organisation SapoCycle, we collect our used soaps, which are processed in a recycling workshop. These soap bars are then distributed to families in need, contributing to a sustainable solution.
